About Szabolcs
Szabolcs is Head of People at BrokerChooser. He is a motivated HR expert with 10+ years’ experience in recruitment, organizational development and people management. His aim is to build a company culture around freedom and responsibility and he is eager to help people in their professional carriers. After graduating from Corvinus University he worked in the IT and telecommunication sector.
I believe that performance is the multiplication of skills and motivation. I am serious about building a supporting and challenging culture as well as transparent HR processes in order to help Brokerchooser team members in their carrier and self-development. My role as Head of People is to ensure there is a “safety net” whenever my colleagues feel outside their comfort zone and motivate them to never stop trying to be better.
Outside of work, Szabolcs is enthusiastic about playing and watching football and basketball. But the most valuable part of his free time is when he spends time with family and friends.
