Office Manager
We are looking for you if you are dedicated to helping BrokerChooser build a world-class product by ensuring the organization’s smooth operation.
As Office Manager, you will be BrokerChooser’s go-to person whenever something needs to be managed and solved quickly and effectively. You will have an important role in making sure that various company processes run smoothly.
Ideal candidate
- Efficiently coordinates and oversees company operations in accordance with business interests and targets
- Is able to handle complex tasks and manage end-to-end projects independently
- Problem solver: quick & precise or creative & flexible depending on the situation
- Is not afraid of numbers: an analytical mindset is essential for finance-related tasks
- Has excellent planning and decision-making skills
- Communicates clearly
- Can delegate and supervise others
- Is fluent in English
- Is available to work at least 30 hours a week
Experience
- 3+ years of operations or office management experience
- Experience in event/conference organization is a plus
- Experience with dynamically growing companies is a plus
- Relevant experience in HR administration
Tasks
- Independently manage end-to-end processes
- Organize internal and external events (e.g. in-person & hybrid outings)
- Internal and external communication with teammates and partners
- Delegate and supervise; help facilitate smooth and efficient operations
- Provide administrative support to BrokerChooser teams (e.g. HR, finance)
- Keep office life organized in our Budapest location
