Office Manager

As Office Manager, you will be BrokerChooser’s go-to person whenever something needs to be managed and solved quickly and effectively. You will have an important role in ensuring the smooth running of various company processes.

Ideal candidate:

Efficiently coordinates and oversees company operations in accordance with business interests and targets. Ability to handle complex tasks and manage end-to-end projects independently. The ideal Office Manager has excellent planning and decision making skills, communicates clearly, can delegate and supervise others. He/she is a problem solver: quick & precise or creative & flexible depending on the situation; understands top-down demands and delivers results effectively.


  • 3+ years of operations or office management experience 

  • Experience in event/conference organization is a plus

  • Experience with dynamically growing companies 

  • Available to work at least 30 hours a week

  • Relevant experience in HR administration

  • Fluency in English


  • Independently manage end-to-end processes

  • Organize internal and external events (e.g. outings)

  • Internal and external communication with teammates and partners

  • Delegate and supervise; help facilitate smooth and efficient operations

  • Provide administrative support to BrokerChooser teams (e.g. HR, finance)

  • Keep office life organised
