At BrokerChooser, you will have the chance to define the HR strategy of a rapidly growing fintech company. As Head of People, you will have a close relationship with team members, support them with developing policies and procedures that will enable our team to thrive at scale. You will also have an important role in talent acquisition. 

The ideal candidate:

  • Capable of handling all aspects of HR from the start
  • Can manage an HR team 
  • Can be an HR business partner & recruiter & is able to coach team members 
  • Has experience in talent management 
  • Presents and explains data in a clear, straightforward way 
  • Understands the business requirements and is capable of developing the HR function accordingly 
  • Has good communication skills 
  • Can interact with senior management and interns as well
  • Represents his/her standpoint against the management of the company 
  • Is a partner, risk-taker, believer, devoted, passionate

Experience: 

  • 7+ years of human resource management experience
  • Experience working at a fintech or start-up organizations is a plus

Tasks:

  • Talent acquisition and onboarding orientation
  • Set up and operate key HR processes
  • Analyze and update team member’s compensation levels and other team benefits
  • Develop, revise, and recommend policies and procedures
  • Set and carry out the company’s short- and long-term HR objectives
  • Help maintain the already defined culture and drive changes where needed 
  • Organize training and support team members in reaching their personal development plans
  • Manage the freelancer network of the organization
