Senior Frontend developer
We are looking for you if you are dedicated to helping BrokerChooser build a world-class engineering organization and demonstrate a great degree of autonomy, end-to-end ownership and flexibility by working closely with our tech & business teams.
Ideal candidate
- Has strong customer focus and is committed to delivering the right results for the customer
- Has experience with TypeScript/JavaScript
- Has experience with REST API, Tailwind CSS
- Has knowledge of frontend build tools, CI/CD
- Nice to have: Basic SEO understanding - writing efficient and valid code
- Nice to have: Server-side rendering knowledge
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of PHP/Laravel Framework (used for our backend code)
- Nice to have: Experience with frontend build tools, like Webpack, Vite

Experience
- Has minimum 4-5 years of web development experience
- Has 2+ years of in-depth experience with a JS framework (React, Vue, Svelte), React is strongly preferred
- Nice to have: can work based on Figma design
- Nice to have: experience in a startup
Tasks
- Work closely with the business team in order to manage expectations, shape and guide their ideas to ensure deliverable features within the time and resource constraints. Help in the planning and development of such features.
- Be responsible for the frontend technology stack. Maintain and plan improvements which support business goals in the long-term. Help build development standards and conventions to make sure code quality improvements are continuous. Review code to verify it meets expectations.
- Guide developers to perfect their frontend skills. Teach and help the team be successful with the used frontend platform and technologies.
