As a Partnership Growth Specialist you will be a key player in our success by building and maintaining a close relationship with brokers around the globe. You can decide whether it’s worth visiting them abroad in person or meeting them online.
Ideal candidate
- Passionate about building long-term partnerships
- Loves working in an international environment
- Confident communication and presentation skills in English
- Motivated to drive win-win negotiations
- Good team player, proactive in driving team performance
- Well-structured, agile and open-minded
Experience
- 5+ years of international sales experience
- Sales experience in finance or B2B or fintech sector is an advantage
- Academic degree in Economics / Finance / Marketing
Tasks
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with broker affiliate partners
- Transform new sales leads into prospering long-term affiliate partnerships
- Monetize the product to its maximum potential while ensuring partner satisfaction
- Actively drive continuous performance improvements via portfolio analysis, quarterly planning and execution
- Fully own partner portfolio: be aware of each partner’s needs and performance figures
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
- Respect the company’s core ethical values
