Zacks Trade has a very fast live chat. The answers we received were useful and relevant, and we were also provided links to more detailed information. However, you can only contact Zacks Trade live via the chatbox during Eastern Standard Time working hours in the United States. Outside of these hours, your best bet is to contact Zacks Trade via email. Email support itself is fine; we received quality responses to our queries within a day o two.

Phone support is provided only through US local and toll-free numbers. This means that Zacks Trade clients calling from outside the US will be charged at international rates. Similarly to live chat, we missed 24/7 availability here, an important issue for clients seeking help from overseas.
