Zacks Trade has a very fast live chat. The relevancy of the answers was satisfactory, providing links to more detailed information. However, you can only contact Zacks Trade on the chatbox live during Eastern Standard Time working hours in the United States. Outside of these hours, your best bet is to contact Zacks Trade via email support.

We received clear responses to our emails to customer support within 3 days. Nevertheless, we missed the 24/7 availability.

Phone support is provided only through US local and toll-free numbers. This means that Zacks Trade clients calling from outside the US will be charged at international rates
