XM withdrawal options

Withdrawal via bank transfer is by far the most common option. It is available at basically all brokers and XM is no exception.

In addition, XM also allows you to withdraw funds using a debit or a credit card. Many brokers don't offer this option, so this is a definite plus for XM .

You can also withdraw money using electronic wallets. This is a nice feature that isn't available at all brokers. At XM , you can withdraw money to the following electronic wallets: Skrill and Neteller. Sticpay can only be used for depositing funds to your XM account and only for clients who were onboarded under the IFSC.

How to withdraw money from XM

To withdraw money from XM , follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account
  • Select 'Withdrawal' or 'Withdraw funds' from the appropriate menu
  • Select the withdrawal method and/or the account to withdraw to (if more than one option is available)
  • Enter the amount to be withdrawn, and, if prompted, a short reason or description
  • Submit your request

Whichever method you select, you can only withdraw money to accounts or cards that are in your name.

The “No Deposit Trading Bonus Scheme” applies to all clients who open a real, not demo, account with XM in accordance with tbyn. Trading bonuses may be used for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn.

XM withdrawal time

Speed matters. Unlike some deposit options, withdrawal is rarely instant. It usually takes at least 1 business day, but often several business days for your money to arrive.

We tested withdrawal at XM and it took  2 business days, which is fairly average.
