tastytrade' phone support was fast and we got relevant answers. The only downside is that they are available only on weekdays from 7am to 5pm (GMT-6).

Via email, we got relevant answers within minutes after sending our questions. tastytrade' email support is available 24/5.

Similarly to e-mail, the live chat service was also hepful, we got relevant answers within minutes. 

Overall, our takeaway was that the tastytrade customer support is excellent.
