How do I login to MetaTrader 4 on Pepperstone?
It's easy. Pepperstone lists all available MetaTrader 4 platforms on one page. From there, you can access all platforms from your PC - except of course the Mobile app.
-
Go to pepperstone.com
-
Click on 'Login'
-
Use your account credentials to enter the Secure Client Area
-
On the left side, search for 'Platforms'
-
At the top, use the navigational menu to choose between 'MetaTrader 5', 'MetaTrader 4', and 'cTrader'. In our case, go with MetaTrader 4
-
Here, you'll see a list of options. You will have to download a client to your PC, except for the WebTrader platform. Choose either the WebTrader or MT4 desktop to trade.
-
Once you open your preferred MetaTrader 4 client, you'll see a popup window entitled 'Connect to an Account'
-
Here, enter the MT4 Client Login account number and the MT4 client password. Note that these are not the credentials you used to enter the Secure Client Area (email address, your own password). You should receive the login credentials for the MT4 platform via email after opening an account
-
Next, select your trading server, the name of which should be provided by Pepperstone
-
If done right, you should be able to login to the trading platform right away
