Lynx.nl is available via email, chat and phone from 8:00 to 22:00 (GMT+1).

LYNX's live chat is available on the local websites for Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, The Netherlands, Slovakia and Switzerland. We tested the Dutch one, where the response time was fast but the relevancy of the answers was very poor. We only got an automated response from the chatbot, pointing to Investopedia articles.

LYNX phone support was also fast and we got relevant answers.

Email responses generally took 1 business day. The answers to our questions were likewise relevant.
