Phone support was helpful overall and we received satisfactory answers.
Email support is also quick and helpful. We sent three emails and received useful and relevant replies to all of them within a day.
However, we missed 24/7 support. We also found that customer support is not available 24/5 despite what is stated on the website. Based on information received from the support team, agents are online only during working hours, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. AEST.
