One of the greatest features of customer support at FP Markets is the impressive number of languages you can choose from: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Greek, Indonesian, Italian, Malaysian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai and Vietnamese.

FP Markets's phone support is fast. We called them twice, and each time it took about half a minute to connect. We had mixed experience regarding the helpfulness of phone support, though. During our second call, the agent pointed us to the webpage instead of answering our questions directly.
